It’s been another exciting month at Both Barrels HQ. One in which we’ve been busy making plans, new partnerships & innovating around our developing business. Helpfully it’s been sunny in Manchester. Good news all round!
We’ll be appearing as part of the monthly design theme at our fabulous local market in Altrincham. As a brand proud to be born in the same postcode, it’s fantastic to be part of our local resurgence and to bring the product directly to another discerning audience.
We’ll be at the market on Friday 4th, Saturday 5thand Sunday 6thof May – the Early May Bank Holiday weekend in the UK.
Family, friends and people bringing coffee and cakes are all very welcome so come down and say hello. We’re open Friday and Saturday 8am – 4pm and 10am – 4pm on Sunday. Further information will be available via our social channels.
We’ll be showcasing the entire range of product so if you’ve always wondered how gorgeous the product feels, looks and even smells in real life then this is a perfect time to get hands on!
As the present and future of the retail landscape continues to present challenges, we’re delighted to partner with BuyMeOnce. This exclusive channel curates a fantastic selection of distinctive and unique goods. To be selected by them as a product partner is another feather in our cap. We’re in good company and can’t wait to build our relationships.
On the move in May
Looking ahead to May, we’ll be out on the road for almost the entire month. We’re looking forward to attending the Festival of Making over in Blackburn on the 12thand 13thof May and can’t wait to visit our friends at English Fine Cottons and their fabulous factory tour on the 19th. If you’re attending either event, please give us a shout.
May also hosts the amazing Make It British Live! event in East London. We’re very excited to be meeting friends, making new connections and attending the fantastic symposium talks. The speaker line-up is incredibly inspiring, and we can’t wait to get stuck in on the 23rdand 24th.
Most excitingly, Both Barrels have been asked to curate a couple of small workshops at Make It British Live! around UK start-up businesses – we’re enormously honoured by the opportunity and will post details of the content prior to the event at Brick Lane.
As usual, keep an eye on our social media where there’ll be regular updates of what we’re up to too.
